Refund policy

Refunds:

All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges as most of our items are custom made to you and your wants. We send proofs out on your order and once you confirm that your proof is what you want, your item is in then put into production. No changes can be made once it begins production. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. 

Issues with Item:

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email. Customers have 2 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 2 days of receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
